Compression thread table MS-RS-D​:

- MS-RS-D compression thread table  used to tap external threads (thread shaft)

- Why is it called a compression thread table? The compression threading table or pressing threading table will use the pressing method material on both sides to form lace.

- How is cutting different from regular threading? When tapping a normal thread, it will produce chips depending on the thread

Depending on the hardness of the material, it produces chips or wire chips. The difference is that the thread table compresses when cutting does not produce chips, it presses the two parts together to create threads

- When to use compression threading table? with machine parts made of non-metallic materials such as aluminum and alloy

Aluminum, copper... the material is very soft. If threading is done on this part, it will create a very weak thread

Threaded joints are not guaranteed.

Therefore, we use a compression threading table to compress the material, making the thread surface harden just created

The lace just hardens the thread surface.
