Compression tap OL+RZ/OL-RZ :

• The OL+RZ/OL-RZ compression tap series  allows dry thread machining, without the need for coolant under the following conditions: 
  • The taro tip is smaller in size than M6
  • The thin steel plate had previously chamfered the holes
  • The steel part is quite short in length
• Optimal coating for thread processing conditions
• Completely new tap material HSS-P (high-speed steel made with nanotechnology)
• Thanks to being made of new materials and optimal coatings, it is capable of processing steel and stainless steel

The cutting speed when machining is output as follows:

• Low carbon steel: Vc = 15~30 (m/min)
• Medium carbon steel: Vc = 15~30 (m/min)
• Alloy steel: Vc = 15~25 (m/min)
• Stainless steel Vc = 10~25 (m/min)
